Drill Corp Saudi is seeking an experienced Senior Drilling Operations Engineer to join our growing team in Riyadh. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing drilling operations across our Saudi Arabian projects.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge drilling technology and lead critical infrastructure projects that support the Kingdom's Vision 2030 initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage field operations, and ensure the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and supervise drilling operations to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices for drilling activities Monitor drilling parameters and analyze data to optimize drilling performance and reduce non-productive time Collaborate with geology, engineering, and field teams to ensure project objectives are met Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for drilling operations Manage drilling contractors and vendors to ensure quality service delivery Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders
